Good weight, better towel.
Linen absorbs moisture much better than cotton so dries faster but dries longer for the same reason. This signature linen towel is thinner than Bless Linen, so it has less material to absorb water but dries slightly faster. I like this thinner towel because a heavier towel can get quite damp and sticky when drying. But linen is also a much better scrub than cotton terry. All towels were once made from this flat-woven towel. In many ways, this return to old school can be seen as an improvement.
