Helps with Sleeping Problems

I weigh 145 pounds and bought a 20 pound blanket. Actually I wanted to send it back because it seemed too heavy to me at first. A week later, however, I decided to keep it to myself. Yes, with another duvet on top it still seems a bit excessive ;) but sleeping under it alone seems perfect to me. I'm sure as the winter gets colder I'll appreciate the opportunity to throw another layer on top and still feel like it has enough weight. By then I'll get used to the weight a lot more. The cover is very well made. The stitching and threads are high quality, the 100% cotton fabric is breathable. I have a beautiful washed cotton duvet cover over it that complements it beautifully. The glass beads don't move like other quilts I've tried and the quilt itself looks very high quality. I'm glad I paid more for a well made duvet instead of having to deal with inferior materials, workmanship and all the annoying hassles associated with poorly made, cheaper and inferior quality duvets. When it comes to getting a good night's sleep, I don't want to have nagging problems. I just want it to work. It definitely helps with my insomnia and helps me fall asleep much faster than before. A worthwhile investment in any case. I wholeheartedly recommend Baloo weighted blankets for a good rest and sound sleep. 5/5

Pros
  • Comfort Fit: 20lb Baloo Weighted Blanket for 60" x 80" Adult Double Bed. This cool, weighted cotton duvet is ideal for sharing and has small loops (on the sides and corners) to tie it to your duvet. It's weighted with glass microbeads where it matters: in the center where it covers the top of the bed, not around the entire edge. It feels more comfortable and makes it lighter and easier to care for.
