As it is no longer available from this supplier it's probably a waste of time writing this. You may find others similar. The 2/3 AAA batteries inside seemed bad - my "smart charger" wouldn't charge them and said they were HIGH impedance. It didn't fit very well in the battery compartment as it had a tab on the positive contact like traditional AAAs. I couldn't find them anywhere, but instead I bought a set of six "solar panels" with no protruding tongue. They work, but take hours in direct sunlight to get a decent charge (and the smart charger tested and charged them and said they're 300mAh instead of the advertised 400, haha). Guess the clock under the summer sun will destroy plastic and solar panels. After fully charged by the smart charger, the light will look good for about 6-8 hours.
