I’ve bought this hair a few times and it always works great for faux locs. You definitely save money; you would pay more at the hair store for the amount you get here. There’s always more than enough hair left over and for touch ups; have not tried using it for floor length faux locs (when you combine two strands to lengthen the loc) I think in this case you might have to buy more, but definitely don’t need all 6 again and can probably buy maybe 2 at the hair store. Hair is soft, but be sure to wash it before you install it in your hair. I had a crazy reaction to this product or a product like this because of the chemicals; wash with apple cider vinegar and shampoo and then rinse out and condition, but let them air dry and you can do the same with locs as well. Doesn’t change the shape of the curls at all!
