Entyle changing pad cover is cute. It's well built, it fits standard changing pads, it has elastic all the way around to keep it in place and holes to put the seat belts through if the changing insert has one. The color is gender neutral and the fabric is soft and velvety. I'm taking off a star because it came in a ziplock bag with no care instructions. If you're considering this as a baby shower gift, you might want to look for something with more attractive packaging and instructions.
