very low compression
I weigh 165 pounds. Your size chart recommends a medium size for me. I usually wear medium sized compression shirts from American brands like UnderArmour. This shirt is very light and gives me very little compression. It fits snugly against my skin, but I don't feel the support in my shoulders or muscles like an UnderArmour compression shirt. It looks like a well fitted base layer shirt for hot weather but I'm only giving them 3 stars because it's advertised as a compression shirt and it doesn't fit me.
