Review on Outlander Lightweight Packable Travel Daypack - 100% Waterproof Hiking Backpack by Dave Sidhu

Can swim but is not waterproof; straps cut into the shoulders; without padding

I swam for about 90 minutes with a backpack and it floats on the surface (if there are no heavy things in it). Unfortunately it is not waterproof. Water seeped in after I safely rolled up the top 3 times as you can see in the photos. I left a paper towel in the main compartment to check and it was damp. When I opened the main compartment, there were clear drops of water inside. Very light but the downside is that it is not soft so any sharp objects inside can pierce you. The straps are also not padded and cut into the shoulders with a heavy backpack. The rolling up and down of the top of the main compartment is a little annoying. Lasts well over a year and multiple water parks/activities and occasional grocery shopping.
