Review on 📀 NAVISKAUTO 10.5" Dual Screen DVD/CD Player: HDMI Input, Mounting Brackets, Rechargeable Battery, USB Playback & Region Free by Doug Booth

The HDMI input is great as we can play straight from the phone/tablet. Please note that Apple devices require an official Apple Lightning to HDMI adapter for mirroring Netflix/Disney+ etc. While previous reviews mention a mounting strap and Category 5 connection, the screens now come with a plastic bracket , which is attached to the lugs of the front seat headrest . The mount features angle adjustment and a quick release button if you want to lower the screens when parking. The two screens are connected with a power cable and an HDMI to mini-HDMI cable. Out of the box I had some audio issues with the HDMI/mini-HDMI cable, but customer support was very responsive and promptly provided a replacement cable to resolve my issue. The previous review also mentioned separate volume controls for each screen, but that's not the case. I was disappointed that the audio was only controlled from the main screen. This hasn't been a problem so far, but I may need to use an in-line volume control for my kids' headsets. I haven't had a chance to try DVD or USB playback, but the video and audio quality has been great so far. Overall I would recommend this product not only for the product itself but also for the great customer service.
