Used/Refurbished Nutcracker Item

Item appears to be reconditioned/used. The leg is misaligned, the beard is in the wrong place, and the face is cracked. It's still very beautiful. But for what I paid this is unacceptable. I see the glue in all of these two questions. It looks like someone tried to fix these mistakes and then painted over the crack to cover it up.
