Review on 🏊 Enhanced DMC Repellor Fins with Short Silicone Grips for Advanced Swim and Body Surfing by Christopher Theriault

They have a really big wide leg box and the blades are very soft.

Very soft and easy to put on. The large size fits my height 11 feet very loose. Gaps open up around my ascent. It can fit a 3 mil thick wetsuit tip. I tried a size smaller than ML, it also wraps very loosely around my arch and my toes rest on the end of the box. So going down a size wasn't an option. The toe box is soft and the heel strap is very stretchy. I think you need to be wearing the included leashes or they will be dragged down 3ft. The blade is really soft. Terribly soft. If you get hit in the head with it, the blade will probably protect you. I have vipers, tritons and daphne. The first two are hard and powerful. Each push moves the water and moves you through the water. They are not that comfortable, but after your feet get used to them, they can be worn for 3+ hours with no problem. They fit well and don't fall off until I take them off. Daphne is really too soft. When I pedal, it feels like the fin just flexes and stays still while my foot moves. These blades are much softer. It's hard to imagine they can actually squeeze, but since returning them I haven't taken them in the water to try them out. They are heavier than any of my other fins that I use. I really don't think it's a problem unless you have a long walk from the car to the water. I surf in California. These are not permanent kegs. The waves here are quite mild for many days. I really need to be able to get some speed to get into them. The hard fin helps me a lot. When I lived in Hawaii, the waves were steep and strong. If I had placed my body at the right angle, a few well-timed kicks would have knocked me out. I understand that softer fins might be ok in a place like this. The kicking style in bodyboarding is slightly different from bodysurfing. If you're a bodyboarder, you might want to read a few more reviews before deciding if this fin is for you.
