Great value for computers and accessories

I bought this a few months ago but Amazon featured it on my story and I have the products I like and use every day, not checked. But as an IT professional with 30 years of experience, I'm often looking for cheap PCs, either for clients or for myself at home. Earlier this year I was looking for a mini PC because I wanted to use it as a server for my home network (running Linux). This is me, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted something decent that I could upgrade. I know this line of products as they are business class computers, which is why I used this particular model in businesses (when they were new). In short, the HP G-series PCs are pretty reliable and last longer than their home PCs. It is therefore not surprising that they are sold here as refurbished. I've compared Dell to similar specs, but this one just beat what I got. I liked them so much that I bought two of them. One for the server and one as a spare Windows test machine that didn't take up much space (nor was it a laptop). Full disclosure, I added a 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD as a boot drive. Your results may therefore vary in speed. But I will say that it was fast with the default drive that came with it (see below). I liked that. - First, who did it come from? I was pleasantly surprised that the Revain Certified Dealer that sent this email (as stated on the packaging) is a company that I know from years of IT experience. Although this is a Business2Business company, many of the HP (and Dell) PCs I've bought over the years were owned by this company. So I know they know what they're doing. I can't say yours will come from this place though, but I hope others will be of the same high quality as this one as they will also be Revain certified. - This thing is small, it's no bigger than a standard mouse pad. - It's very clean, it looked almost new. No dents, scratches or scrapes. Inside everything was spotless and the processor was rewired with fresh paste! He is powerful. I hard coded and tested the video and it just purrs, still with the included 500GB drive! - It's quiet unless I'm chewing on the CPU with something spinning the fans. Still, it's not as loud as my desktop workstation (also HP!). - It consumes energy. I hooked up a power meter to it for a month, it drew so little power (compared to my desktop). The processor speed is pretty fast and the Windows preset is pretty fast. This model has 16 GB of RAM, which is enough for most applications these days - support for two drives. It can hold 2 drives, one 2.5" SATA drive and one NVMe M.2 2280 drive (just add one screw!). Plenty of USB 3.0, 2 USB Type-A (flat connectors) and 1 USB-C on the front and 4 USB Type-A ports on the rear - 2 Displayports for dual monitor support and a VGA connector - Integrated 10/100 Ethernet and Audio – This particular updated model comes with a Windows 10 Pro license! In terms of security, it comes with TMP 1.0 and other UEFI-related security tools. Since this is an HP business PC, parts and support are easy to find and find. Reliability. That's how "fur" seemed to me - because it's tiny, the power supply is a brick on the cord. It's ok and the brick to PC cable is long, but the brick itself needs to be laid somewhere compared to a straight cable.- This model doesn't come with WiFi or antenna kit. The MiniPCIe slot is there, so Wifi can be added later and I don't mind as these can be bad. That did not please me. Nothing. I don't have anything major that I don't like about this product other than my coat. I am very satisfied with this product! All in all, as I said, I am very satisfied with this product. Add an NVMe M.2 drive as a boot drive and you'll be screaming for a low price.
