The ease of use and the amount of customization you can do. I like that you can do a lot of things to optimize the platform. Also, the fact that it is easy to add new fields and customize it to meet our needs. The fact that you can't go back and edit past applications is a bit annoying. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of who applied and what they did. It is easy to use because you can do a lot of customization and it's easy to implement and train new applicants. It helps us keep track of applicants and their resumes. It has helped us with our hiring process.
