Review on HHIP Collet Rack 30-Piece (Model 3900-1602) by Scott Welch

I used this as a weird 5C collet storage rack. It features perforated holes in the bracket for attachment to a vertical surface. The supplied accessories are of very poor quality. I had to use my own 5mm hardware as one of the included nuts snapped off. The steel seems thick enough to support the weight of the collets without deforming. Crumpled paint is well applied by the manufacturer.
