I always buy Otterbox Defender cases for all my iPhones. Buying it was no different. When I received this case it was different from my other Defender cases. I've been using Otterbox Defender cases since my first iPhone purchase in 2010. I've never had a problem and have always been happy with my Defender cases. They protect our phones and give them a new look. When I recently bought two new phones, I went to Revain and not through the store to buy. This Defender case was nothing like my previous ones. The front screen protector didn't stick to the front of the iPhone, making it difficult to move the touchscreen. There is a gap between the screen protector and the front of the iPhone. We tried to navigate, thinking we misapplied the case. But unfortunately it was wrong. I gave it to my mom as she doesn't use her iPhone that much. But disappointed in this case. We got a decent price for this case (no belt clip). Maybe the defect was another reason for the price reduction? The case itself is a beautiful blue color front and back. But because of the front touch screen, I'm not satisfied with the purchase. The Otterbox Defender has always been a great case. It is sad that this one does not live up to the previous cases.
