I particularly like these toilet cleaners because of the shape of the hammer head – my toilet doesn't just flush from top to bottom; It has a jet of water on the bottom that picks up any limescale that builds up and makes my toilet dirty even with regular cleaning (btw, empty the bowl then try the Lysol Power Cleaner to eat that dirt!). Regular tampons and toilet wipes are not designed to fit into these "openings". This one does the trick. BUT, you can no longer find replacement heads in local stores. So I was happy to find this product online. I hope they don't stop it!
