Review on Fosmon [Set of 4] Xbox One Analog Stick Joystick Controller Extended Thumb Grips for Enhanced Performance in Solid Black by Kara Torres

It's not quite hard plastic, it's rubber. However, the rubber feels a bit plastic. They are definitely NOT as soft and grippy as the rubber on the original sticks. In my opinion they were so bad that I just threw them in the trash after trying them. (I already had them over 60 days before I opened the package, otherwise I would have sent them back). The only non-original sticks/grips I've tried that are as soft as the originals are the ones that come with PowerAs Forza, Gears of War, and Killer Instinct component kits. But they are quite expensive now.
