NO sweatshirt material

The camouflage hoodie is adorable. I was a bit surprised that this is NOT a sweatshirt material. This is a lightweight cotton fabric. And that's okay, because in the fall, the sweatshirt is a bit bulky for him. He likes to show his patriotism. Note the dimensions. Elvis is usually small, but since he's designed for small dogs, I chose the medium one. He is an 8 pound Yorkshire.
