This is the most comfortable waist trainer I've ever had. Doesn't have those rods jamming in your back or sides all day. Adjust to your comfort. Has you looking slimmer. Looks decent under your clothes. Definitely feel the sweat right away. I've had many waist trainers and this by far been the one I wear most often.
