I used them on a karaoke machine that is limited to reading 2k files at a time. The capacity is there, but I've noticed significant "pauses" when writing to these discs - they seem a bit slower than normal. TCL TV does not accept for TV pause functions due to speed. But for the price it seems ok. Please note that when filling up, even when using a USB 3.0 port (backwards compatible with USB 2), the transfer rate drops to less than 0.5 Mbps when the capacity reaches 75% or more. USB 1.0/Low-Speed: 1.5 megabits per second (Mbps) - they *can* meet that specification. They are advertised as USB 2.0 - 480Mbps should be their high speed. Not even close!
