So this is no ordinary HTV. But after playing with it for a while and pulling my hair out, it wasn't a total waste of time either. Remove the vinyl you want to cut from the plastic sheet it's attached to and place it on a grill mat or whatever you're using to cut. DO NOT CUT MIRROR. I cut out the shapes I wanted on the mat and then weed them directly onto the cricket mat. You can use contact paper or Cricut transfer paper to peel it off the mat in one piece and then place it on your shirt or whatever you press. Here's the kicker. Leave the transfer paper and press, but do not press for more than 5 seconds at a time or the HTV will wrinkle. Depends on your material, but it may take a little longer. Once you can remove the transfer paper without taking the vinyl with it, do so. Then simply press and hold for another 5-10 seconds to make the HTV stay. This stuff is a pain and requires a few extra steps, but looks good. Let's see how it holds up after a few washes! Much luck!
