I wear a women's US size 11M so I bought size M9/W11: the fit (worn with the straps to the front) is perfect, there is enough room everywhere for natural movement and absolute comfort. They Make My Feet Feel Good: Wearing them every day (as opposed to wearing them barefoot) has greatly relieved my chronic foot and heel pain. I love the vents that keep my feet cool in desert conditions. clean. I love how they look on my feet. Like the affordable price. CONS The straps are too short to wear around the heel - they push the feet forward enough that the toes are forward and you have a big gap at the back of the insole. (like on the picture). For some, it may help if the straps are heated (with a hair dryer) and then stretched. CONCLUSION: I've been wearing them indoors and out constantly for over a year. They are still in great shape and I love them more than ever! I plan to get another pair.
