Good fit and warmth, best for outerwear
I have a 40" bust and it fits my bust perfectly. The chest measurements in the size chart are measurements of the vest, not of the person wearing it. The fabric is nice and dense, I wouldn't want it thicker, as others have said, the black is not as black as in the photo, but I would still call it black.
