Very satisfied, best in reptiles and amphibians

I got this product for our tree frog aquarium and it works very well! I turn it on and leave it on the lowest setting all day! The water tank is a good size but to work at full capacity I would need to fill it up 2 times a day! Light weight Plenty of hoses to extend inside or around the tank! You will hear it, but not loud

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not trendy

Suitable for high humidity

I ordered these for use in some of the medium humidity round Python cases. These foggers don't have the ability to adjust the amount of fog they produce, so they perform at the highest level no matter what the dial reads. This is normal for high humidity animals like chameleons, but not for lower humidity.

Works great, very easy to use, just needs some common sense

Very easy to connect, video runs at max settings and fills 18x18x36 in 30 seconds. Increases humidity by 10-15% (open screen, acrylic on 2 sides). Estimated run time at maximum setting 18-24 hours. The main disadvantage is that you have to disable everything to fill the empty space.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some flaws

Works fast best on reptiles and amphibians

Installation was very quick. I just added water, plugged it in, and that was it. The dial on the front makes it very easy to quickly adjust the fog power level. The mist comes out of the tube and is easy to adapt to any situation. I recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive basic humidifier for yourself or a pet. It can be used for more than just pets!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Snorkel sucks: Reptiles and Amphibians

The snorkel on this one is awful, it often fills up with water and doesn't work properly until the water is removed. We use distilled water not too long ago. It might work better if the humidifier was above the tank with the tube pointing down to keep the water out of the trap, but we can't do that with our currently installed snake. Overall, however, it serves its purpose. The snake is very happy.

  • Confident

slippery when wet in Reptiles & Amphibians

Unfortunately I've never had a chance to see if it even works. I filled the water tank and tried putting it on the bottom of the humidifier. I dropped the tank and it broke into many pieces. I'm usually very quick, but this one eluded me. This time I'm buying a different model that fills from the top and doesn't require me to turn the tank upside down every time I fill it. This is a lower star rating due to my clumsiness.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Can't charge

This device is incredibly difficult to refill. The typical screw and spring doesn't stay in place, so you have to fill the tank upside down, place it upside down on a surface where it won't spill (because it will leak), and then manually push the screw back into the filling. Lid, and then turn the still-attached base upside down so it fits properly, then flip it right side up. This is the only way to charge this device. It's incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend it again, mainly…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • empty

I bought this item for my ball python to be sure it has adequate moisture for the full 8 hours that I am at work. The product claims to last up to 2 full days on low levels. However, if it moves even a little bit, and sometimes it doesn't even move, it shuts down. Also, there weren't any instructions in the box, so I can't even verify if there's a better way to set it up. Also, water will get stuck in the pipe if placed as shown and advertised on the packaging. If all these problems didn't…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • So so
