My hands are shaking, so it's almost impossible to do an eyeliner with wings. I bought it to get the job done without having to cover the entire lid with eyeliner. The pack contains two pieces, one for each eye. Very black. There's a learning curve there. I would wear this stuff before eyeshadow until you get the hang of it otherwise you just have to redo your eyes if you accidentally apply it crookedly or incorrectly. Apply it first, then the eyeshadow and just go back with the opposite end, the pointed tip, when you're ready to set it in place and you're done. For the price it's a really decent product, it stays in place and doesn't smudge, crack or peel as far as I can tell. My only issue was that it felt a bit rubbery, but maybe that's just me.
