I wanted to connect something to my bike and check the battery voltage on it from time to time. My bike tends to drain my lithium battery and then it is very difficult for me to recharge the battery. So I bought this voltmeter and it works very well. You press the button and the voltage value appears on the LCD screen. The light turns green when the charge is within the allowable charge range. The backlight and LCD will turn off after a few minutes to conserve battery power. That's exactly what I wanted. The accuracy was checked with a Fluke multimeter. First reading from Fluke = 13.63 VDC / BT meter reads 13.6 VDC. My second Fluke test = 13.56 VDC / BT meter showed 13.5 VDC. Pretty good if you ask me. If I had one complaint it would be that the LCD doesn't light up. No big deal in my case.
