I really love that it can be used as an internal tool or with external partners like Google Meet/Skype etc.
It's very easy to use (and customize) so you don't need much training if your employees are already familiar with Microsoft Office products. If there is something missing in terms of functionality then they could probably implement this themselves using existing tools such as Skype which has many functions available out-of-the box. We have been able to collaborate more effectively than before by being able to hold regular meetings outside our offices via native teams without having everyone travel at once.
