Soundstream vr651b crap

This is the second time I've had a problem with this Soundstream vr651b. I want to change the channel, I've tried to reset it several times. I'm not working, I'm starting to think this radio is bullshit, now I have a radio in my car that I can't use. I have ordered several items from you without any problems. So what should I do now, I think I just wasted my money. Can someone please help me with this problem.
