Does not fit in Graco cradle with changing table!

I have this for my Graco crib which has a built in changing table. It's too long and doesn't fit! I have to return it and their return system isn't the most efficient. I bought a swing there and it took me two weeks to get an answer on the next steps. This is very frustrating to say the least.
