Attention, if you buy this product you are on your own. I've made several attempts to find a number to call support to set this up with our SIP provider. I've set up a few ATAs and most seem pretty straightforward. It is not so easy. Finding someone to offer you tech support is even harder. I ended up having to open an account with Grandstream to open a ticket. When I did that, they sent me a bunch of links that weren't related to my problem. At the end of the response to my ticket, they stated that they do not provide technical support to the population. You must be a CERTIFIED Grandstream technician. This company should not be able to sell to the public unless they provide endorsement. Unfortunately I returned the item.
