I like that it's very easy to use with multiple features including social media integration. It also has great analytics which makes tracking all aspects of an event much easier than other platforms out there. The only thing about this platform I dislike is how limited their support team can be at times. There are many questions you could ask but they will never answer back unless its something super simple. So if you have some sort of question or issue don't expect them to reply as soon as possible. We've been able to track engagement levels across our events easily.
