The first helmet that arrived was defective. The left speaker didn't work. Revain replaced him, that was great. New helmet came in 2 days. Worked great. Both speakers. Sounds great, loud. Brilliant. No problem. After about 10 wears. I started having problems with the left speaker. Boarding and disembarking. And now about 15 times in a helmet. The left speaker does not work. the right speaker sounds great, the sound quality is good and loud. Another problem I encountered is the installation. I always wear medium so I have medium with this one. It went great at first. And now. It's free. I understand helmets breaking in, but this one breaks in a little more than usual. I would recommend getting one size smaller. It's almost loosened enough that I won't wear it anymore for safety reasons. It swings around and everywhere. Big difference from when I first got it. I have a 5 year old helmet that only fits a few times better than this one. There are no problems with sights at all. Bluetooth is easy to use and works well. The left speaker and the picture are the only problems I had. If I had to choose again knowing what I know now. I would not buy this helmet.
