Easy to use, straight forward process for requesting time off from work (PTS) or taking personal days with payback at end of period by using Payroll software as well! No need anymore having paper request forms sent back & forth between your manager/HR department vs just sending email requests directly through their website when needing PTSs taken during business weekdays only - no weekends allowed!! Great solution if used correctly.

Requesting additional paid leave after being away due too death / illness etc., which I don't think was covered under normal employment agreement terms?
