This bag looks solid and shows decent craftsmanship. This is for professionals. The pack tries too hard to be too much, so they're not very good at anything. This is a very flat bag. With laptop and laptop you almost run out of space. The lack of a sunglass pocket is ridiculous. The left-hand pocket and zip system are NOT designed for everyday suburban use. The body armor pouch has a Velcro bottom that folds into the deepest part of the back of the pack, making changing padded panels a real pleasure. Of course someone can buy a special board and install it once. But this also reduces the overall usability. I love this brand but I feel like they lost touch with the consumer market in their backpacks. Oh, the bag fits well and doesn't attract attention in public. So I think that's 2 pluses in this bag.
