Corsair sent a defective power adapter. They demanded that we call, create a Corsair account, create a ticket, explain the problem again and upload the invoice. They then reply via email 24-48 hours later that we need to do a "clip test": give us a link to a video that doesn't match the power supply - there are no colored wires on the 24 pin plugs, only black . Additionally, they do not specify whether this particular PSU requires an external fan attached to the PSU to test it, and they do not provide the parts needed to perform this test. and it redirects us to the correct support page. They then request that we list all of the components on the computer that have been tested to work with that power supply. I therefore had to do a paperclip test and submit the list via a support ticket With an online account, we waste computer time every day.
