The easiest way to create a custom and reconfigurable connector

This was the easiest way I could find to create a custom feedback connector - not for RS-232 but for another application , which requires specific pins to be connected and the included small flathead screwdriver made it easy to install the four connectors and it took less than five minutes from opening the box to plugging it into the device.
