6ft 175lbs Male - Purchased US M and it fits perfectly. I love the versatility of a shirt, dressier than a dress shirt and simple enough to pair with any style of pants. I bought it in white and green and am considering buying other colors. The shirt is VERY soft and I have a hard time not telling everyone I meet to feel my shirt. Wear it to a bar, to a sports game, taking out the garbage, to a meeting with your boyfriend's parents, anywhere. The only complaint is that I've washed each one about 7-8 times and the quality has gone down a bit. I think I'll probably last 25-30 washes before buying another one.
