I've been looking for a monitor mount for my raised desk which is smaller than a regular table for a long time but until recently I was able to find one. I've tried a different set before and the screws/bolts that had to be pressed against the table were too long and I couldn't lower the table to its original position. So I stopped and looked again, and this Vivo desktop mount is just what I needed. I ended up losing the large monitor that was on my desk. This product has really freed up desktop space. I work with lost documents, yes, still. And I didn't have enough space to arrange all my documents, but now this problem is solved with this product. The arm is very easy to assemble. I think I used 3 screws and tightened 2 screws to attach it to the table to complete the build. It was excellent and very easy. It's very slim and minimalistic, perfect for any desktop setup. It's small despite the larger base, but not intrusive if you're sacrificing space at the back of your desk. They are designed for small tables that do not consider paper or table work. I think they are definitely intended for people who work exclusively with electronic copies of documents, pdf or paperless. I'm not one of them and now it's easier for me to work without moving things around to make room. What a great product! simple, cheap and space-saving. I would recommend this to those who have dual monitors or even single monitors like me. This will definitely free up some desk space and you can probably place the laptop on the table. It also frees the weight from the table. The monitor stand added more weight and cut it in half. Now I can easily lift my desk with easy.
