Packaging and delivery were ok, but the product itself was NOT. Bought 2 twin packs, tried 2 out of 4 so ALL FOUR ARE GOING BACK! a) The heat shrink tube does not securely connect the circuit board to the output cable. b) The sensitivity adjustment knob has no "end stops". c) The output level does not reach the "headphone level” required by most audio input jacks. The level is too low to be used on the audio input of the DVR, UNHAPPY. The output level of this unit has been tested with the audio input of a 19 inch monitor and is too low to drive the monitor's audio circuitry to the same output level as other "line level" signals. VERY DISSATISFIED! the output goes into distorted GARBAGE, like a JOB, although the level still stayed MUCH LOWER than "line level". EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! One of the two was less prone to distortion than the other. Grammar STOP SAYING!
