I found these CCTV mics (2 pack) fit my security cameras and work great. The microphones have a clear audio pickup, so I don't hear any unwanted feedback like buzzing or noise. I can watch all the audio recordings with no problems. Audio microphones can also be easily connected to an extended audio cable with no loss of sound quality. These CCTV mics really improve my security cameras which is a great addition.

I bought it 6 months ago. I immediately hooked one up and it worked great with a little gain control. I just hooked up a second one half a year later and it wasn't working properly. I contacted the seller and he responded immediately. Send a replacement microphone. That's excellent customer service. Packaging and delivery were ok, but the product itself was NOT. Bought 2 twin packs, tried 2 out of 4 so ALL FOUR ARE GOING BACK! a) The heat shrink tube does not securely connect the circuit board to the output cable. b) The sensitivity adjustment knob has no "end stops". c) The output level does not reach the "headphone level” required by most audio input jacks. I installed 2 of these mics outdoors under the eaves of the house and under the porch. I bought 3 packs. Both exceeded my expectations for outdoor mics at such a reasonable price. I've adjusted the sensitivity on both and can pick up quiet voices from 30'. This is a security mic, tiny and not for music, so some digital artifacts are present at high sensitivity settings (possibly camera/compression). This review does NOT contain a valid complaint about microphones. They work and work well. They last over a year. I would buy them again without hesitation. The first thing you need to do is buy cables to use the microphones with. Some cables may come with connectors for them, but many don't. I've seen BNC cables with three ends.
