Terrible Heated Travel Mug

This is an edited review based on experience. I liked the mug and bought another one. He worked twice and quit. The company wanted me to pay shipping to ship it back to China. Of course not. So zero star for customer service or support for your product. My first cup also died after about ten uses. In the end, the product is junk. Don't waste your money. Here is what I wrote on honeymoon: The item arrived in perfect condition in a beautiful box. The box says PBA is free. It's very nice, made of stainless steel with a plastic lid. Surprisingly light. With liquid inside, it's just the right weight. The cable attaches just below the handle, so the cable sits above whatever holder you insert it into. They warn that liquids won't slosh out, but if you turn the mug upside down there will be a leak around the slide hole you're drinking through. It keeps coffee, tea and soup hot when travelling. Heats up fairly quickly: room temperature water was nice and hot when I checked in an hour later. If you start hot, stay that way. 12V with cable for cigarette lighter hole. Disconnect the mug when the car engine is off.
