This backpack appears to have a lifespan of 4 months. I bought it in early August and today when I left home one because I was in a hurry to get to work, I just tied the belt to the top handle and went to work.When I walked through the garage after 45 minutes went and was carrying a backpack on a good shoulder strap, that strap broke too! to work, holding the backpack up by the small handle while constantly pounding on his legs (because I still had a purse and a lunch bag in my hands) The only thing I carry in this bag every day is my work laptop and the power cord . They fit perfectly and are not that heavy. There is no reason why both straps are so worn out that they break on the same day. I might take it to a shoe repair shop (or someone who sews leather) to see if they can fix it. ivaya, comfortable but obviously not very high quality. I am extremely disappointed.
