This is a really good box. It's fairly liquid-tight as long as you put the lid on (haven't tried it with soup yet). I like the flexibility of the two compartments. A flexible plastic fork and napkin can be placed between the inner lid and the outer lid. I love its elegant shape, I love to pack my lunch. *** 2 year update *** Definitely worth all 5 stars. Still works great and makes a packed lunch look professional in meetings. I've had a leak 3 times or my son and it's all my fault for not securing the lid. However, this isn't an alternative to Thermus if you're eating soup, instead retaining leftover salad dressing. 4 compartments would allow me to cook food for 4 days instead of 2. Although the microwave only runs for 5 seconds at a time, I heated the curry to a hot temperature for 3 minutes and had no problems. The plastic is very durable and scratch resistant, although I only use wooden or plastic cutlery.
