The best masking film ever! - Paints, wall care products and accessories

I have tried a competitor's product. It was terrible. The tape broke multiple times during application and my project became a nightmare of torn tape and distorted foil. So I looked for another solution. I painted the walls with a spray gun, so I had to mask them off in stages. I did a little research on the internet and decided to give this a try. That's great. I used a short film for the baseboards, a medium length film to cover the ceiling and a long length film for the doors. I would recommend that you use blue masking tape to mark the edges and then attach the plasma mask to the blue masking tape. The reason for using the blue ribbon and plasma mask together is to make it easier to apply the plasma mask. Since you don't have to be careful with the plasma mask, you can simultaneously unwind the tape and stick it on immediately. The tape never broke, never got tangled in the film and made my project so much easier. This eliminates any possibility of incorrectly sticking the tape to the film. Static cling was particularly useful for covering the ceiling, as I simply taped one edge to the ceiling, then pulled out the foil and immediately taped it to the ceiling. I put a few pieces of blue tape around the outside edge to be safe, and I'm glad I did. When I sprayed paint near the ceiling, the weight of the paint made the slide a little heavier. When I masked the baseboards it was easy for me to just mark the edges with Plazmask (no blue tape). Try this out and experiment a bit with the technique for the type of app you're using to see what works best for your project.
