Review of Acavati, a Company That Does Not Live Up to Its Name:

Being someone who enjoys being outside, I was very interested in checking out Acavati and seeing what it had to offer. Unfortunately, I was left feeling very let down and frustrated. Even though they have an impressive assortment of sports and outdoor gear, the quality of the products they sell is not very good. Acavati sold me a pair of trekking boots; however, I quickly discovered that they were both uncomfortable and prone to falling apart after only a few outings in them. The same thing happened with a backpack that I purchased; although it was stylish, the zippers on it snapped almost as soon as I got it home. The most disappointing aspect of Acavati, however, is their customer support. When I attempted to return the defective items, I was faced with a nightmare of red tape and procedures. The procedure was difficult to understand and took several weeks to finish, which left me feeling frustrated and broke. In general, Acavati is not a brand that I would recommend to anyone seeking for dependable outdoor gear. Despite the fact that their branding may give the impression that they have a love for exploration and the great outdoors, the quality of their products is lacking. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.
