Review on Verbatim Solutions by Mike Bogan

I like that they are very reliable in terms of their work product; it's always high-quality (and sometimes better than what you'd expect from an English speaker). They're also incredibly flexible--sometimes when we need something done "right now" there isn't much choice but yes or no answers given by them as far as timeframes go! We've used several different providers at this point so we know how each one works/works well compared to others. The best thing about working through these people was being able to translate documents quickly without having someone else do all our translations first before getting feedback.
