Item was a little dirty when I opened the box and looked like it had been used before. I needed it so I cleaned and disinfected it before attaching it to the back of the chair. The armrest ergonomics were good and helped with my hand discomfort, but it did not stay securely on the armrest of my chair. It kept tipping and I had to adjust the velcro straps to make it more secure. I've also tried attaching it to my desk but found the handle to come loose and I have to keep tightening it. In general, the main problem is the inability of the armrest to stay secure. If this problem was fixed it would be a good product.
