Got these replacement wipers for my wife's 2013 Audi Q7. I watched a few videos to figure out how to install. I'm a mechanical engineer so the installation didn't seem difficult to me. Ready in less than an hour. The two-handed part of the setup took a bit of work but seemed to work well. My wife called me last week and said the wiper was broken. The arm itself actually broke in two. Fortunately, the short fragment did not scratch the windshield but lodged in another part of the arm and stopped both wipers completely. The wiper is not durable, so be careful.
