Feet have shrunk about 2 inches in length and have also shrunk in diameter and got tight right under the crotch (I'm 6ft, 175# and wear medium for everything ) like that without tightening because it drives me crazy) plus a waist seam on the side and 2" elastics for stretching. My 34" waist wouldn't take it, a few inches of stretch left. Then finally twisted my legs, left almost a quarter turn, seam on middle finger.
