Unfortunately these pads are too thin to provide adequate cushioning or comfort. The instructions say to layer one on top of the other to get the best thickness, but that didn't make the nosepad any more comfortable either; In fact, the dual pads made an even bigger dent in my nasal skin and were far more uncomfortable. I wish I could find something better elsewhere, but I couldn't. Before purchasing this product I was using an older but thicker product but the last pad eventually ran out. Too bad they don't make them like they used to.
