The lipstick comes in a small plastic bag and the lipsticks are sealed. No problems with it so far and I've been using it for almost a month now. My personal preferences: - VERY moisturizing, more so than other "temperature" lipsticks I have and it really lasts and doesn't feel weird or heavy in any way - Effort, like shine - The tint lasts very long! After eating he lasts all day; much better than my other "temp" lipsticks, sort of a smudge(?). I even used it before bed as my lips were a bit dry and was quite shocked to see it was still very noticeable in the morning. Actually I was very impressed. It's a bit too pink for me, so I wear it lightly or pair it with something to smooth out the pink. This is just my personal preference for red pink or light pink over hot pink. The cap also comes off badly when I toss it in my pocket; should keep it in a small space. Apart from these small details I am overall very happy with it and the price given for it.
